RETURN POLICY


OVERVIEW

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Meshbottles, LLC guarantees our bottles to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping fees.

RETURN PROCESS

Customers must submit a Return Authorization (RA) request to Meshbottles Customer Service prior to returning the product. 

  1. Contact Customer Service by filling out the form below. Use the Process a Return/Exchange button at the bottom of this page to open the form.

  2. Customer Service will issue you an RA# and provide you with a shipping address.

  3. Customer Service will send you additional instructions on processing the return.

The customer is responsible for return postage.

The following will NOT be accepted for returns:

  • Products that have been damaged by misuse.

  • Products that have been damaged by impact (glass dropped resulting in breakage).

  • Products purchased over 30 days from date of receipt.

  • Merchandise returned without an RA number.

REFUNDS

  • Shipping fees are not refundable unless we made a mistake with your order, or the item received was defective or damaged.

  • Refunds will be credited using the same method of payment as the original purchase.

  • Sale items will be refunded at the sale price.

  • Please note that refunds may take up to 4 weeks to process. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your item, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

EXCHANGES

  • We accept exchanges for store credit of unused merchandise in original packaging.

  • We will also replace items if they arrived to you defective or damaged.
